Pet Hair Policy
While we always strive for the best possible clean, please note that our standard cleaning services do not guarantee complete pet hair removal. If your vehicle has a significant amount of animal hair and you desire thorough removal, we highly recommend adding our Pet Hair Removal service. Without this add-on, while our team will do their best, we cannot guarantee complete pet hair removal during the standard cleaning process. Add-Ons can always be applied prior or during the detail
Booking Deposit
Booking Deposit Policy
A non-refundable booking deposit of $10 is required to secure your appointment with Crespo Auto Detailing. This deposit will be automatically charged upon booking confirmation. While the deposit itself is non-refundable, it will be refunded if you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit the deposit.

Please note that customers located within the five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island) and Nassau County may be subject to an automatic travel fee. This fee is designed to account for the additional distance traveled, time, tolls, and congestion pricing associated with servicing these areas.
The travel fee will be automatically added to your total bill and is non-negotiable. The amount of the travel fee is dependent on location, and it will be clearly outlined on your invoice.
